'Penis Burning' Wife Accused Of Murder

Burning Cock
A jealous wife who allegedly set her husband's penis on fire will answer a murder charge in October.
Rajini Narayan appeared briefly in the Adelaide Magistrates Court today, charged with the murder of her husband.
The mother of three allegedly set fire to the genitals of her husband, Satish Narayan, in December last year.
Mr Narayan suffered major burns in the blaze and died several weeks later.
The fire also gutted the family's home in Unley, leaving a damage bill of $1 million.
A previous court hearing in January heard Narayan had told neighbours: "I'm a jealous wife, his penis should belong to me, I just wanted to burn his penis so it belongs to me and no one else ... I didn't mean this to happen."
In court on Friday, the case against Narayan, 44, was adjourned until October 30, when she will answer charges of murder, arson and endangering life.

Give Your Penis Some Air

MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE – Memphis police say a man was arrested for masturbating in a public park.
According to a court document, it happened at Court Square in Downtown Memphis. Police say, in the document, officers were waved down at the intersection of Court and Main Street by a man who told them a person was exposing himself. The witness told the officers the man was sitting on a park bench with his penis out and was masturbating.
Police say 41-year-old Augustus Hudgins was arrested for indecent exposure. Hudgins told the officers that there was a misunderstanding. He said he was just giving his penis some air, according to the court document.

He Swallowed My Penis!!

Sucking Cock
A Polish man was rushed to hospital after his best friend bit off his penis and swallowed it.
Marian Milczarek, 53, had a huge argument with his best friend, about a car trailer he had asked to borrow.
According to Marian, his friend, Wojciech Sowinski, then knocked his to the floor of his garage.
Marian, from Lesna said: "He began hitting me with a chain and then pulled down my trousers and started biting. It was agony."
Marian's wife found him coiled in pain and immediately called an ambulance. Although he was treated neither police or medics could find any trace of his penis and believe Wojciech swallowed it.
Dr Adam Domanasiewicz from the hospital where Marian is being treated said: "If we'd had the other bit of his penis we could have sewn it back on."

Tap Water Chemicals Not Linked To Penis Defect

Hypospadias
NEW YORK - Though some research has linked chemicals in chlorinated tap water to the risk of birth defects, a new study finds no strong evidence that the chemicals contribute to a common birth defect of the penis.
The defect, known as hypospadias, occurs when the urinary outlet develops on the underside of the penis rather than at the tip. Genetics are thought to play a large role in hypospadias risk, but the other potential causes are not fully understood.
Some past studies have suggested that certain chemicals in tap water -- byproducts of the chlorination process used to kill disease-causing pathogens -- may contribute to the risk of birth defects and miscarriage. Other studies, though, have found no such links.
For the current study, researchers led by Tom J. Luben of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency used birth records from 934 boys born in Arkansas between 1998 and 2002. Of these children, 320 were born with hypospadias.
Luben's team analyzed monitoring data from local water utilities to estimate the mothers' exposure to two major classes of water-disinfection byproducts during pregnancy.
Overall, the researchers found, women with the greatest exposure to these chemicals were no more likely to give birth to a boy with hypospadias than women with the least exposure.
They report the findings in the journal Occupational and Environmental Medicine.
"Our results do not support the hypothesis that continuous or intermittent exposure to tap water disinfection byproduct concentrations within regulatory limits during gestation is associated with giving birth to a son with hypospadias," Luben and colleagues write.
However, the findings are not the final word, either.
The researchers did find that when they accounted for mothers' total exposure to certain chemicals -- through drinking, bathing and showering -- there was some evidence of a link to hypospadias.
There was, however, no clear pattern of hypospadias risk climbing as mothers' exposure to tap water chemicals increased. Such patterns, known as a "dose-response" relationship, are considered to be evidence of cause-and-effect.
The results, according to Luben's team, "could be due to chance."
They call for further studies, with more-precise information on individual women's exposure to tap water chemicals, to help settle the question.

One Of The Biggest Penises In The World Sold At Auction

Penis
BEVERLY HILLS - Believe it or not, a 12,000-year-old, 4 1/2-foot fossilized walrus penis was purchased at auction Sunday by Ripley Entertainment Inc., an auction official said. The company, which owns 63 Ripley's Believe It or Not museums in 11 countries, including one on Hollywood Boulevard, bought the walrus member for $9,600, including fees, said Josh Chait of I.M. Chait Auctions & Gallery.
Although it is believed to be the biggest ever found, the Walrus member sold for less than the $12,000 to $16,000 it was expected to go for.
"I'm glad the penis went to Ripley, so everybody will have an opportunity to see it. It is definitely interesting," Chait said. "It's one of the biggest penises in the world as far as I know."
It was discovered in the frozen tundra of Siberia and dates back 12,000 years to the Pleistocene Period. The mammal's manhood is mummified, with a layer of perfectly preserved skin intact, according to Chait. A 22-foot mounted skeleton of an aquatic dinosaur called a Mososaurus, from the Cretaceous period of Morocco and more than 65 million years ago, fetched the highest bid of $90,000, from a private collector, Chait said.
In all, the nearly 200 lots of natural history items garnered a total of about $500,000, he said.
The walrus penis wasn't the only piece of "prehistoric pornography" on the auction block. Bidders also vied for a pair of mating 40 million-year-old insects from the Baltic region of Russia. The two love bugs are forever trapped in the heat of the moment in amber.
Other items at the auction in Beverly Hills included a long curvy Mammoth tusk from the Pleistocene period and a 1.94 gram piece of the moon, along with other meteorites, dinosauria, archeological artifacts and gems and minerals.

Washing Penis May Raise H.I.V. Risk

Gay Nude
A study in Uganda has come up with a surprising finding about sex and H.I.V. Washing the penis minutes after sex increased the risk of acquiring H.I.V. in uncircumcised men.
The sooner the washing, the greater the risk of becoming infected, the study found. Delaying washing for at least 10 minutes after sex significantly lowered the risk of H.I.V. infection, Dr. Fredrick E. Makumbi reported on July 25 at an International AIDS Society Conference in Sydney, Australia.
The researchers do not have a precise explanation for the findings, which challenge common wisdom and the teaching of many infectious disease experts who urge penile cleansing as part of good genital hygiene. Health experts have suggested that washing the penis after sex could prevent potentially infectious vaginal secretions from entering the body through the uncircumcised penis.
Washing the penis after sex is common in Africa. To determine whether washing could be recommended as an alternative to male circumcision, Dr. Makumbi’s team from the Makerere University Institute of Public Health studied 2,552 uncircumcised men in the Rakai district of Uganda.
The men, ages 15 to 49, were uncircumcised and not H.I.V. infected when they enrolled. Eighty-three percent said they washed with all sex partners.
The researchers asked about when and how the men washed after intercourse at enrollment and 6, 12 and 24 months later, including whether they washed with or without cloths.
Because of a slip-up, the researchers did not ask details of how the cleansing was done or directly about using soap, said Dr. Ronald H. Gray, a co-author from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Some soaps used in Africa are more irritating than those used elsewhere.
Men who washed within three minutes had a 2.3 percent risk of H.I.V. infection compared with 0.4 percent among those who delayed washing for 10 or more minutes. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases paid for the study.
The washing analysis was a secondary part of a study undertaken to determine the effectiveness of male circumcision against H.I.V. infection. Earlier reports had shown that circumcision was protective.
One message from the study, Dr. Gray said, “is that there ought to be a little time left for postcoital cuddling before you go and wash.”
“Don’t just finish and jump out of bed,” he said.
Dr. Makumbi and other AIDS experts said they did not know why the washing practice increased vulnerability to H.I.V. infection, but offered various explanations. One is that the acidity of vaginal secretions may impair the ability of the AIDS virus to survive on the penis. Delayed cleansing — and longer exposure to the vaginal secretions — may then reduce viral infectivity.
Another is that use of water, which has a neutral pH, may encourage viral survival and possible infectivity.
H.I.V. apparently needs to be in a fluid to cross the mucosa to infect cells, Dr. Gray said. If the H.I.V.-contaminated fluid dries, its infectivity may decrease. Adding water could resuspend H.I.V. to make it more infectious.
The study findings are counterintuitive, said Dr. Merle A. Sande, an infectious diseases expert at the University of Washington in Seattle, and “show why you have to do the studies, because until you do them, you just don’t know.”
Dr. Sande, who was not involved in the study, said, “There is still so much we don’t understand about the complex factors that influence H.I.V. transmission in the genital tract, but this important study will help.”
He also is president of the Academic Alliance Foundation, a group that trains health workers to treat AIDS and other infectious diseases in Uganda.

Who Needs Viagra?

Penis
A Harlem man has filed suit against the makers of the nutritional drink Boost, charging that the protein shake gave him the wrong kind of lift.
Christopher Woods said that drinking cans of Boost Plus Nutritional Energy Drink left him with an erection that wouldn't go away.
According to papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Woods was "caused to suffer and sustain severe bodily injuries" from "the erection that would not subside."
"It gave me a lot of energy - too much energy," Woods, 29, told The Post yesterday.
"It was unbearable and embarrassing."
He said he had to undergo two medical procedures for relief from the days-long erection, and as a result, he's now partially impotent.
"It's affecting my life because I'm not getting the pleasure I used to," Woods said.
The suit, which seeks unspecified monetary damages for Woods' "pain, shock and mental anguish," names the drink's former manufacturer, Mead Johnson, and its current one, Novartis.
Mead Johnson said it no longer has anything to do with the drink, and reps for Novartis did not return calls for comment.
The Woods vs. Johnson case dates to June 2004, which is when he said his mother bought him a case of the protein drink in hopes he would bulk up.
"It was supposed to be a health supplement," he said.
The suit says he used the "product in accordance with its intended use" - and soon had a very visible side effect.
He said the erection lasted for over three days, and his girlfriend "was in disbelief. She couldn't understand what was happening."
"It was awful. It was painful. I would always wear jeans, but it was hard to go out, so I had to buy some sweatpants," Woods said.
He said his 7-year-old son asked him what was going on and "I didn't know what to tell him."
He saw a doctor and underwent a "winter shunt" - a painful procedure where a needle is used to drain blood. The suit says he experienced "persistent problems requiring a follow-up hospital visit" a week later.
Woods said he was given two choices - undergo either an embolization, where blood is blocked from going to the arteries, or an amputation. He chose the former, but it has made it difficult for him to get a full erection and left him in "a state of discomfort."
Woods said the experience has affected his love life because it's made him very self-conscious.

Penis Questions Of The Day

Uncut
Dear Dr. Shieh,
My question is about the male penis. It's a little embarrassing, but my boyfriend is not circumcised and I don't know whether I should tell him that he should get circumcised or not. It doesn't really bother me, but my girlfriends were telling me that uncircumcised penises looked weird and I can catch more diseases, and if I have sex with him, he'll have a hard time because he is not circumcised. Is this true? -- Wondering
Dear Wondering:
Don't be embarrassed. There are many men that are not circumcised and the reality is that there really is no medical indication for routine circumcision. Some insurance companies do not cover this procedure, citing that it is more of a cosmetic reason.
At birth, the foreskin is fused and will separate with time. Circumcision is a surgical procedure that removes the top or front part of the skin of the penis, better know as "foreskin."
Now, if you think about the natural development of the penis, the foreskin may serve as protection over the gland of the penis and some sex counselors theorize that the foreskin is there for sexual pleasure. In fact, the inner part of the foreskin is usually much thinner and contains more nerve endings than the skin of the shaft of the penis and is similar to the mucosa of the inner aspect of the mouth. During erection, the foreskin usually will pull back without any problems during intercourse.
For your boyfriend, if he does not already know this, he needs to make sure that he provides good hygiene for himself. Make sure that he pulls back the foreskin to properly clean his penis. Men who do not use good hygiene will experience an increased incidence of urinary tract infections.
Lastly, sexually transmitted diseases such as Chlamydia, Herpes, Syphilis, HIV, HPV, Hepatitis, Gonorrhea and others do not discriminate. These STDs can be transmitted whether a person is circumcised or uncircumcised.
To decrease the risk of STDs, use a latex condom and choose carefully who you have sex with.

Q I am only 12 but I can't stop masturbating. I can do it up to three times a day.
Even though it sometimes hurts I can't stop doing it. I worry I have damaged my penis but I don't want to go to the doctor because it would be embarrassing.
I would also have to tell my dad. So I need to stop. I have tried methods on websites but nothing works for me.
A Let me repeat yet again that masturbation will not harm your penis. Nor is it abnormal, particularly at your age, to occasionally overdo it.
If you really want to cut down, you have to do something that will distract you.
A group activity such as football or even hanging out with your mates should work.
It will also keep you fitter than reaching for a snack.

New York City Plans to Promote Circumcision To Reduce Spread Of AIDS

Uncut
New York City’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is planning a campaign to encourage men at high risk of AIDS to get circumcised in light of the World Health Organization’s endorsement of the procedure as an effective way to prevent the disease.
While the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta is just beginning to convene meetings and design studies to help it formulate a national policy, New York City is moving ahead on its own.
In the United States, “New York City remains the epicenter of the AIDS epidemic,” Dr. Thomas R. Frieden, the city’s health commissioner, said in an interview. Referring to H.I.V., he said, “In some subpopulations, you have 10 to 20 percent prevalence rates, just as they do in parts of Africa.”
His department has started asking some community groups and gay rights organizations to discuss circumcision with their members, and has asked the Health and Hospitals Corporation, which runs city hospitals and clinics, to perform the procedure at no charge for men without health insurance.
A spokeswoman for the corporation said it was “having conversations” with the health department but had not reached a decision.
“As you know, the research on this is pretty recent,” the spokeswoman, Ana Marengo, said.
In three recent clinical trials in Africa, circumcision was shown to lower a man’s risk of contracting the virus from heterosexual sex by about 60 percent. On March 28, the World Health Organization officially recommended that countries adopt the procedure as part of their AIDS prevention plans.
No spontaneous outcry for circumcision has arisen in New York, Dr. Frieden conceded.
“This is not something that has a lot of buzz,” he said.
But he added that even 1,000 circumcisions in the right subgroups might slow the spread of AIDS.
For example, in Manhattan, 20 percent of all black men between 40 and 50 are infected with the virus that causes AIDS. About 10 percent of all gay men in the city are infected, and the rate rises to as high as 25 percent in the Chelsea neighborhood.
Dr. Frieden said black, Hispanic and foreign-born men were less likely to be circumcised than white Americans, and the percentage is smaller among men with lower incomes.
(About 65 percent of all male babies in the United States are circumcised, according to the National Center for Health Statistics, compared with about 30 percent of men worldwide, by W.H.O. estimates.)
Among men seeking treatment at the city’s clinics for sexually transmitted diseases — another risk group for AIDS infection because of genital sores — a large proportion are uncircumcised, Dr. Frieden said.
There are clear limitations, however, on extrapolating data from Africa to New York.
The studies, done in Uganda, Kenya and South Africa, enrolled men who said they had sex with women, while New York’s highest-risk groups are men who have sex with men, men who inject drugs and people who have sex with those men.
Nonetheless, Dr. Frieden said, it is logical to assume that circumcision would offer protection in some types of gay sex.
A man’s risk from performing penetrative anal sex is about the same as his risk from vaginal sex, Dr. Frieden said, so circumcision would presumably confer the same protection as it did in the African trials.
The risk from receptive anal sex is five times higher, he said, and circumcision would obviously not protect those men. Oral sex is much less risky.
Also, cutting down infections among bisexual men — some of whom do not admit to female partners that they participate in gay sex — would protect women, he said.
Dr. Frieden said he thought health insurance companies might agree to pay for preventive circumcisions since they already covered them for infections and urinary blockage. City hospitals also offer the operation in those cases, Ms. Marengo said.
Peter Staley, a longtime AIDS activist and co-founder of ACT-UP New York, the Treatment Action Group and AIDSmeds.com, said he was “intrigued” by the idea of offering circumcisions but worried because those in the studies supporting it bore little relation to New York’s risk groups.
“Should we proceed when we don’t have hard data yet on the population here?” he asked. “On the other hand, if we wait the three years it would take to answer that question, how many will be infected in the meantime?”
Also, after reading many postings on gay Web sites about the Africa trials, he said he feared a backlash among black and Hispanic men to endorsements of circumcision from white public health officials or gay activists.
“I’m white, Frieden’s white,” he said. “It’s going to sound like white guys telling black and Hispanic guys to do something that would affect their manhood.”
Tokes Osubu, executive director of Gay Men of African Descent, a 21-year-old gay rights organization, agreed.
“There will always be conspiracy theorists,” he said. “That’s par for the course.”
He also said he thought circumcision was “not the answer to our problems” and doubted that it would lower infection rates.
Many black men who have sex with men, he said, already face discrimination, stigma and an inability to talk about their sex lives with family members and sometimes even with doctors.
“No amount of circumcision is going to change that,” he said.
Bric Bernas, manager of information and counseling for the Asian and Pacific Islander Coalition on H.I.V./AIDS, said his organization wanted to see studies done in the United States and among gay men before taking a position on the issue.
Circumcision is not common among Asian men, except those from Muslim countries and the Philippines, Mr. Bernas said, “and there might be cultural sensitivities around it.”

Penis Mud Pack

Balls
Japan's sex industry relies on innovation, so much so, that a company has come up with a penis mud pack, which has been adapted from the facial, according to a Japanese magazine.
The service is part of an Italian-style treatment, which involves a soothing wine bath for the testicles being followed by the mud pack, and it's offered by a Tokyo-based service called The Aromani.
"A whole lot of operations similar to ours sprung up in a short time and we needed to provide a service nobody else was offering, and this was it," The Aromani boss told Spa!
Authorities in Japan have cracked down on the sex trade in recent years, which has prompted operators to create an innovative set of new law-abiding services that are aimed at providing pleasure.
The boss revealed: 'Our sales point is that we also offer variations, including having the service performed by multiple workers (groups of two or three women), or you can have it performed by a shy woman or another who'll do it while talking dirty.'
For the service, a sink is filled warm water and wine as these will supposedly improve circulation.
Instead of the customer putting his face into the basin, he needs to sit in the sink, allowing his penis and bum to soak.
The washing is performed by at least one woman, who's in her 20s, or 30s at the oldest.
Once the sink soak is complete, the genitals are covered with mud and massaged, which is supposed to cleanse the skin.

A Long Overdo Penis Correction

Waaay back in December of 2005 I posted an article about two students who upset everyone when they built a snow penis. Yesterday Mitch, one of the students set me an e-mail saying that the photo I used was not his penis. He sent me some photos that he had taken so I am posting the correct penis today.
Mitch says "And trust me, it's art!"

Well Mitch I have to agree! Thanks for the photos.

Is It Art Or Is It Snow Porn?

December 20, 2005
Snow PenisIt was the perfect advertisement for Viagra.
And because the 1.5-metre-high penis sculptured from snow was made by second-year McMaster University engineering students, it was stabilized to stand up to kicks and attempts to push it over.
It stood over the weekend until it was knocked down Tuesday by a work crew.
But for some residents, the snow penis was highly offensive and another flashpoint in the ongoing problems of student parties, pranks and antics that plague the neighbourhoods around McMaster.
Retired Mohawk College professor Bill Goruk says the sculpture may have offended families with young children in the area.
He and other residents are tired of students who live off-campus and party in the area.
"How often do we need to be woken up at all hours to hooting and hollering, bottles being broken in the street and students puking on lawns?" Goruk asked.
The students, identified as Mitch and Kevin, said they created the sculpture to relieve the stress of exams.
The sculpture may have upset some people, but most laughed and chuckled at it or took pictures, Kevin said.
"We make snowmen, snow angels, snow forts, and a sculpture that is phallic shouldn't offend someone," Mitch said in an e-mail. "It's there for people to laugh at and be reminded that winter is a time to have fun and be creative."

Stiff Penalty For Snow Penis

Snow Penis
UNITED KINGDOM - A Cocky student who built a 4ft manhood out of snow was fined £80 — by a cop called PC WILEY.
Crowds gathered to admire John Knowles’ cheeky creation and tickled motorists beeped their horns as they drove by.
But PC Andrew Wiley failed to see the funny side. He made John, 18, knock down his statue then hauled him to the nick.
John got a fixed penalty fine for the public order offence of making an offensive “visible representation” in Parker’s Piece, Cambridge, on Thursday.
He said: “The fine wiped the smile off my face — until PC Wiley told me his name, then I started chuckling.”
A police spokesman said: “The officer was concerned people in the area could be offended.”

Penis Spray May Block Premature Ejaculation

Cum
An anesthetic spray more than doubles the "lasting" time for men with premature ejaculation, according to a study by the company that makes the experimental spray.
The metered-dose, aerosol spray is a mixture of the anesthetics lidocaine and prilocaine. It is spritzed onto the tip of the penis 15 minutes before sex.
Before using the spray, the 54 heterosexual men in the study ejaculated, on average, one minute after vaginal penetration.
In the test, on four occasions, half the men used the anesthetic spray 15 minutes before sex, the other half a placebo with no active ingredients.
The men or their partners used a stopwatch to measure the time from vaginal penetration to ejaculation.
The results:
--Lasting time increased to two minutes or more for 55 percent of the men who got the spray and 35 percent of the men who got the placebo.
--Lasting time increased to three minutes or more for 40 percent of the men who got the spray and 13 percent of the men who got the placebo.
--Lasting time increased to four minutes or more for 20 percent of the men who got the spray and 13 percent of the men who got the placebo.
--On average, men who got the spray lasted 2.4 times longer than those who got the placebo.
Premature ejaculation isn't defined by a specific time until ejaculation. According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders IV (DSM-IV), premature ejaculation is "persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal sexual stimulation before, on, or shortly after penetration and before the person wishes it."
About 70 percent of men who used the spray and just under 50 percent of the men who used the placebo said they had longer time to ejaculation.
About 60 percent of the female partners of men who used the spray, and about 30 percent of the partners of the men who used the placebo, said the men had better control over their ejaculation.
The spray is called TEMPE -- topical eutectic mixture for premature ejaculation -- by manufacturer Plethora Solutions Ltd. London, which funded the study. It is not yet available on the market.
"TEMPE 'as required' has the potential to offer a convenient, novel treatment option for men with premature ejaculation," conclude researchers Wallace C. Dinsmore, MD, of Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast, Northern Ireland, and colleagues.
The spray had few side effects.
Four of the 26 men who used TEMPE did report side effects. Three had numbness of the penis, and one reported erectile dysfunction.
Only one of the men's sex partners reported a side effect: a mild burning sensation during intercourse.
Emla, from AstraZeneca, is also a mixture of lidocaine and prilocaine. It comes in a cream formulation and must be used with a condom. TEMPE does not require condom use.
The study appears in the February issue of the urology journal BJU International.

Teacher Reassigned For Anatomy Drawings

Penis
YONKERS, NEW YORK - A teacher has been barred from classes after having his seventh-grade students draw male genitalia on the blackboard during health class, a school spokeswoman said Friday.
The teacher, whose name was not made public, was assigned to administrative duties and Superintendent Bernard Pierorazio will ask trustees to fire him, said Yonkers school spokeswoman Jerilynne Fierstein.
"There was no way we were going to let him be in front of children," she said.
Fierstein said the state's seventh-grade curriculum calls for lessons in human anatomy and sexuality, but "as a teacher you have to be sensitive and you have to look at the age-appropriateness of any activity that you ask a child to do. And this was just not appropriate."
Pierorazio said the teacher had began his lesson by asking students to volunteer to come to the board to draw male anatomy.
Fierstein said the administration learned of the drawings, which occurred in a class of boys and girls at the Pearls Hawthorne school, when a parent complained.
Trustees will consider the teacher's firing at a March 21 meeting, she said.
Jon Klibonoff, a father of a student at the school, said he did not believe the material was inappropriate.
"This is biology, it's anatomy, it's human sexuality," he said. "They're in puberty. They're aware of it on one level or another."
Fourth-grader Noah Klibonoff disagreed.
"They're not supposed to know what it's supposed to look like at this age yet, so I think it's a little embarrassing and it's also a little inappropriate," he said.
Pierorazio issued a statement saying, "I will not tolerate insensitive, inappropriate behavior by any staff member toward our students. Every student's physical and emotional well-being is paramount in our decision making, therefore immediate action was taken."

Tattooist Sued Over Penis Prank

Penis
An Argentinean football fan is suing a tattooist who drew a penis on his back instead of his favourite team's badge.
The teenager, who cannot be named, asked to have the Boca Juniors logo on his back.
But the tattoo artist was a supporter of rival team River Plate and decided to have some fun at his young customer's expense.
The victim told Terra Argentina: "I could not see what he was tattooing because he didn't have a mirror. I only saw it when I got home and showed it to my parents."
A police spokesperson said: "The tattooist supports Boca Junior's rival, River Plate, so he got annoyed when the teenager asked him to tattoo Boca's symbol and decided to tattoo a penis instead.

Surgeon Slashes Off Penis And Dices It In A Fit Of Rage

Penis
ROMANIA - Doctors' unions in Romania have criticised a decision to make a surgeon pay £100,000 in damages after he lost his temper and hacked off a patient's penis during surgery.
Surgeon Naum Ciomu, who had been suffering from stress at the time, had been operating on patient Nelu Radonescu, 36, to correct a testicular malformation when he suddenly lost his temper.
Grabbing a scalpel, he sliced off the penis in front of shocked nursing staff, and then placed it on the operating table where he chopped it into small pieces before storming out of the operating theatre at Bucharest hospital.
A Romanian court has now awarded Radonescu £20,000 costs – to pay for the operation to rebuild his ruined penis using tissue from his arm – as well as 100,000 pounds in damages.
The medical costs will be paid by the hospital's insurer, but doctors' unions have criticised the decision that the money for the damages has to be paid by the doctor.
They say the move sets a dangerous precedent and that Professor Ciomu, a urologist and lecturer in anatomy, has already been punished enough after having his medical licence suspended.
They said he had been under stress and had lost his temper after he accidentally cut the man's urinary channel and 'overreacted' to the situation. He told the court it was a temporary loss of judgement due to personal problems.
Vice-president of the Romanian Doctors Union, Vasile Astarastoae, said: 'Ciomu's case is a dangerous precedent for all Romanian doctors. In future doctors may have to think very carefully about what work they undertake.'
Because obviously, the last thing you want is a doctor thinking carefully about the work they're doing.
The director of the ophthalmology hospital in Bucharest, Dr Monica Pop (yes, actually her name), agreed saying that doctors would in future avoid any cases where they could end up in court having to pay damages.
She added: 'Doctors in Romanian earn too little to be able to pay amounts like this. As a result it will be entirely fair if they only accept cases where they cannot make mistakes. The only way this can be avoided is if the insurance companies cover all the risk.'

Purefoy Insists Penis Wasn't Enhanced

James Purefoy
British actor James Purefoy has laughed off reports his manhood was digitally enhanced for a full frontal nude scene in gritty TV series Rome. The Vanity Fair star, who plays Roman leader Mark Antony in the epic drama, bared all for a bathing scene in the first series - where he was towelled down by a slave. And he's keen to point out that reports he asked a special effects technician to enlarge his penis are untrue - that dishonour belongs to one of his unnamed co-stars. He says, "I won't say whose it was, but there was a penis in the series that may have been slightly enhanced. But it wasn't mine. "Mine's all mine... I can look at the episode and go, 'Yep, that's me.'"

Prostate Cancer Treatment May Shorten Penis

Penis
Men who receive combination treatment with hormone therapy plus radiation for local or locally advanced prostate cancer may experience a significant reduction in penile length, according to a report in the January issue of the Journal of Urology.
There has been anecdotal evidence that radiation therapy can reduce penile length but, to the authors' knowledge, the present study is the first to determine if penile length changes following combination treatment with hormone therapy plus radiation.
Dr. Ahmet Haliloglu and colleagues at the University of Ankara in Turkey enrolled 47 men with local or locally advanced prostate cancer. The patients, who were followed from 2000 to 2005, received leuprolide or goserelin injections every 3 months, for a total of three doses. At month 7, radiotherapy, using a 70-Gy dose, was initiated and continued for 7 weeks.
Just before treatment began, the average stretched penile length was 5.6 inches. Eighteen months later, the average penile length had shortened significantly to 3.4 inches.
Erectile function was also adversely affected by treatment. Roughly 23 percent of men had normal erectile function before therapy. Eighteen months later, 12.5 percent were able to have an erection that was suitable for intercourse.
"Quality of life concerns are important when considering treatment options for prostate cancer," the investigators conclude. Before starting combination hormone and radiation therapy, the patient should be told that "penile shortening may occur."
