Penis Pump Judge Loses Bid For Benefits

OKLAHOMA CITY - A former Creek County judge who went to prison for indecent exposure has lost an attempt to get back his judicial retirement pay.
Donald Thompson was getting benefits after his retirement in 2004 until his 2006 conviction.
The Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System cut off the benefits and said he violated an oath to faithfully discharge his duties when he used a penis pump in court.
On Friday, Oklahoma County District Judge Patricia Parrish upheld the denial of benefits.
Thompson plans to appeal to the state Supreme Court.
Records show his retirement pay at the time of the forfeiture was $7,789 a month.
His attorneys said he should get at least some of his benefits because of his clean conduct as a judge before misconduct was alleged. He was appointed in 1982.

Bus Driver Pumps Up Penis At Mets Game

NEW YORK — A 68-year-old yellow school bus driver taking a group of Bronx middle school children to a New York Mets baseball game Wednesday afternoon has been charged with public lewdness and endangering the welfare of children, among other crimes, after allegedly being discovered in the Shea Stadium parking lot sitting on the school bus with his pants down around his ankles and masturbating with the assistance of a mechanical device known as a penis pump.
Jacob S. Nasser, 68, of 63 Garfield Street in Yonkers, has worked as a bus driver for Service Bus Company, Inc., of Yonkers, off and on since 1974, has been charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, endangering the welfare of a child and public lewdness. If convicted, he faces up to one year in jail.
“A school field trip to Shea Stadium Wednesday to watch the Mets play turned into a nightmare for a group of Bronx students and a busload of out-of-towners also visiting Shea”, Queens district attorney Richard A. Brown said. “Engaging in a lewd act in a public place can have a profound effect on children and even adults who may inadvertently witness the act and result in emotion trauma from which they may never recover.”
The district attorney said that officials at IS 125 (Henry Hudson Middle School) in the Bronx had chartered a bus from the Nasser’s company to transport more than 50 students for a field trip to Shea Stadium. According to the charges, at approximately 11:15 a.m. May 2, Nasser parked in the stadium’s bus parking lot and allowed the children to disembark for the stadium.
Shortly thereafter, a Trailways bus carrying Albany residents, including a number of small children, parked directly adjacent to the defendant’s bus. The Trailways bus occupants, looking over to the defendant’s bus, allegedly observed him in the driver’s seat with his pants around his ankles and masturbating with a device known as a penis enlarger pump in plain view of other children and families being let out of other nearby buses.
Eyewitnesses alerted police to the situation and the defendant was arrested by NYPD officers from Patrol Borough Queens North. The penis pump was allegedly recovered from the floor of the school bus near the driver’s seat together with numerous pills, including Valium, which were recovered from an unmarked container that the defendant allegedly had on his person.

Penis Pump Judge's Pension Hearing Put On Hold

TULSA, OKLAHOMA - The pension hearing of penis pump judge Donald Thompson has been postponed indefinitely.
Thompson had been scheduled to appear before a hearing officer Tuesday to appeal the revocation of his $93,000 a year state pension.
But a hearing officer for the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System said that unless his attorneys waive his right to appear in person, the hearing would be delayed until he finishes his four-year prison sentence.
Although Thompson has the right to appear in person, the state Department of Corrections is refusing to transport him to the hearing, saying that it doesn't have authorization to transport inmates for hearings on pension funds.
Thompson, 59, thinks he should collect his $7,789 a month pension even though he's sitting in prison, serving his sentence for masturbating while presiding over jury trials including a murder case.
In December, the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System issued a ruling to withhold Thompson's retirement benefits after he was found guilty in June at jury trial of four felony courts of indecent exposure.
They say his felony convictions violate his oath of office in which he pledged to support, obey and defend the Constitutions of the United States and the state and to faithfully discharge his duties as a district judge.
He was sentenced to four consecutive one-year jail terms in August. In December, after serving only four months of the term, Thompson sought parole and was denied by the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board.
